Shaniwar Wada Dance & Music Festival
The ninth edition of the Shaniwar Wada Dance and Music Festival will be inaugurated by MP Suresh Kalmadi.
The inaugural programme will be followed by Fastest feet & Rhythm, a performance by Kathak master Pandit Chitresh Das and tap-dance expert Jason Samuels Smith.

Dog Adoption Mela
Take these cuties home and save a life that may be lost on the busy streets of Pune. The Blue Cross Society of Pune is launching a unique programme which will ensure that very few puppies end up as stray dogs or are injured or run over in the streets. If interested in giving shelter to these puppies be present at the venue.

Workshop For Tennis Coaches
In a bid to raise the level of tennis in Maharashtra and widen the knowledge of tennis coaches, tennis professionals, trainers and those who contribute to tennis coaching in their own way, the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) will host the first Maharashtra Coaches Workshop.
The workshop will help coaches from the state to stay abreast with happenings in world tennis and will help enlarge their vision with new techniques in the game.

Music Festival
Society for promotion of Indian classical music and culture amongst youth (Spicmacay) in association with Indian Council of Cultural studies (ICCR) is organizing a two-week festival of performances and interactive workshops by eminent artists such as- Ustad Abdul Rashid Khan, Birju Maharaj, Panditt Hariprasad Chaurasia and so on. The festival will include 40 concerts with 25 artistes performing at various colleges and schools throughout the city.
