Tata Capital opens its new branch office in Kalyani Nagar
Indian Express: Tata Capital Ltd announced the launch of its new branch office in Kalyani Nagar. Tata Capital has recently scaled up its Consumer Finance and Advisory Business (CFAB) as a strategic step towards reinforcing the company’s commitment towards customer centricity and service excellence, said a company release.
Jamshed S Daboo, head-CFAB, Tata Capital, said, “The single window concept is an empowered business model for streamlining all our retail offerings into a common branch network and common sales force. At the heart of the CFAB lies the concept of presenting the ease and convenience of a one-point interface to the customer. Among other advantages, a unified structure will allow us to understand the financial needs of the customer better and help us build deeper relationships.”
The Pune branch will serve as a one-stop shop providing offerings in consumer loan products and investment advisory services. These will include home loans, auto loans, personal loans, educational loans, loans against property, financial advisory services and equity trading,, the release said. As part of its expansion plans in the first phase, the company plans to cover 65 cities through a chain of around 110 branch offices.
