Naneghat Hike
We are planning a small easy hike to one of the most picturesque terrain in Malshej region called Naneghat. This ghat was extensively used in pre-British rule as a trade-route between the Deccan plateau and the Konkan Strip.
As the name suggests Nane means coins and ghat is a pass and this pass was a toll collection centre.
Base Villages: Vaishakhare and Ghatghar.
