Preschools with IB syllabus, only six students per teacher
Indianexpress: Edvance Learning Private Limited has tied up with Singapore-based EtonHouse that operates International Schools and numerous preschools at nine separate campuses in Singapore and seven in China, to introduce a chain of preschools in India, starting with Pune.
The school that will strictly have only six students per teacher among other creative and innovative teaching methods is coming up in Kalyani Nagar.
“Considering that preschool age is the foundation of any individual, our aim is to find the inherent talent of students and strengthen it,” said Arun Arora, group executive chairman of Edvance Learning Private Limited. The EtonHouse curriculum follows the International Baccalaureate philosophy of inquiry-based learning.
Ranjan Goyal, an alumnus of IIT and IIM will be the chief executive officer of Edvance Pre Schools that is also contemplating on starting next preschools in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
